It seems one of the most consistent things this school year at TCS is that the JV team will lose their basketball games. Last week the JV Tigers scored 15 points in a 60 point loss. On the plus side, Alex did see about 6 minutes of playing time during that game. Tonight they lost again, this time by only 15 points, but Alex didn’t get any playing time. Looking back on the game we think the team tried to run the same play the entire night… obviously this doesn’t work and they probably need to learn a few more plays. We did get a picture of Alex during warm-ups before the game.

Here is one of Sam’s dino paintings from the holiday season. Sam purchased some dinosaurs at Target in Waynesboro with some of his Christmas money and this is one of his paintings he created.

Rod found this video of our first Baltimore apartment while cleaning up his Mom’s house a few months ago.  The apartment was in Little Italy (Baltimore, MD) and just a few blocks from the National Aquarium and the Inner Harbor.  The entire video is about 15 minutes long, however this clip is just the first 5 minutes of the tour.  We estimate that this was taken in 1998, so you will see some great technology as you tour the house.  WARNING: you will never get this 5 minutes of your life back.  🙂

Due to the snow/ice storm the boys didn’t make it to Waynesboro until Thursday, but once they got there they had a lot of fun with the family!  The boys even had some time to make some snowballs and play in the snow.  Thanks to everyone in Waynesboro for a great time!.

The boys got some new soccer shirts from England – they pretty much put them on right away!!

Farlie received a couple of packages from Santa too, several small dog bones and a new stuffed duck that quacks!

The boys got some great presents from Team Omaha!  Thanks and send our Congratulations on to our cousin Allie and her new baby Caylie Rose Andrews!

It seems our inflatable Santa has found a couple of helpers to keep him upright during these windy days…

Alex and Sam had their annual Christmas Play at school and as usual it was an exhilarating and uplifting presentation for all that attended. All of the kids sang and a few of the seniors performed a play called the Gift of Christmas. The cast was amazing, from the vocal harmonies to the monologues, everyone was impressed, and found that their characters were sweeping us into their world. Below are a few shots of Alex and Sam and a short video of this amazing presentation.

Sam added to his Jurassic Park lego collection a couple of weeks ago as he added the Triceratops Trapper – jeep. Sam used his Gung Gung money to make the purchase… it seems it was burning a hole in his pocket.
