Sam racked up 2 Participation Awards today at the Fall Sports Banquet for Cross Country and for Soccer. Of course every student athlete received a participation award, so it wasn’t so much that he received the award but what the coaches had to say about him at the event…. see the videos below. 😄 Each year Sam continues to improve and we are very proud of him for giving his all every day both on and off the field.
Sam and the Cross Country team – the whole team ran Cross Country and played Soccer.This is the soccer team – they had 16 players this year, the most ever and the first time they made the playoffs. The coaches and the athletic director all have high hopes for next year, especially with the new athletic complex opening later this year.A closeup of Sam with the soccer team – one of his good friends and this year’s team Captain is Blaze on his right hand side.
